Abstract
Metastatic pulmonary calcification can be caused by a number of diseases, most common being end-stage renal disease. Most of the patients are asymptomatic, and imaging with computed tomography is useful in making a diagnosis. Demonstration of pulmonary and chest wall vessel calcification is characteristic. We report a case of a 60-year-old patient with chronic renal failure on dialysis, presenting with gradual onset dyspnea, who showed metastatic pulmonary calcification on chest imaging.Entities:
