Abstract
A 62-year-old man was admitted to the hospital because of a left upper quadrant mass. He had undergone treatment for hepatocellular carcinoma for 1 year and 7 months. Dynamic CT and angiography revealed a huge hypovascular mass in the spleen. An autopsy confirmed a splenic metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma with a massive hemorrhage.Entities:
