Abstract
We report a 34-years-old male, with a history of hepatitis B and human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection that was admitted to the hospital with malaise, weight loss, frontal behavior and chest pain. Imaging studies showed two frontal cortical/subcortical nodules. A stereotactic cerebral biopsy showed reactive gliosis and a prominent atypical angiocentric and angiodestructive lymphoid infiltrate containing large pleomorphic CD20 and EBV-positive cells consistent with Lymphomatoid granulomatosis. Other studies were negative. The patient was lost from follow up.Entities:
