Abstract
Fluoride rare-earth-doped upconversion microbarcodes have been successfully developed for multiplexed signaling and nucleic-acid encoding. This kind of novel barcode material can be used for rapid and sensitive analysis of nucleic acids and antigens, which would have many potential applications in clinical, food, and environment detection.Entities:
