Abstract
As part of a phase II study with the hypoxic cell radiosensitizer, misonidazole, we have encountered two cases of dermatitis. When all drugs were withdrawn and the patients were challenged with a small single dose of misonidazole, identical adverse reactions reappeared demonstrating a drug-related skin hypersensitivity.Entities:
