Abstract
A case of a 73 years old man with macronodular liver cirrhosis, ascites, jaundice and a primary hepatocellular carcinoma is presented. The patient died suddenly and at the post mortem embolism of the pulmonary artery was found caused by tumor fragments. The tumor had infiltrated the wall and penetrated into the lumen of vena cava inferior.Entities:
