Abstract
Solitary fibrous tumors are a very unusual group of spindle-cell neoplasm of adults; they were described for first time in the 18th century. They locate mainly in parietal and visceral pleura, lung parenchyma and pericardium. There are numerous reports that document their extrapleural location and we can find it in any place in the body, but mesenteric localization is extremely unusual.Entities:
