Abstract

We report a case of a patient who underwent metal-on-metal total hip arthroplasty with a modular cup and developed a pseudotumor 5 years postoperatively. Immunohistochemistry showed dominant B-lymphocyte infiltration in the periprosthetic tissue. Copyright Â
