Abstract
We present a case of dorsal cervical spinal cord injury in a 16-year-old boy caused by a screwdriver. Neurological deficits were hypaesthesia of the right body and neurovegetative functional deficits. Magnetic resonance imaging showed significant myelopathy and a subdural haematoma of the cervical spine. Surgical treatment was not necessary. Rheological infusions, lumbar puncture and rehabilitation resulted in full neurological recovery.Entities:
