Abstract
INTRODUCTION: Opitz trigonocephaly C syndrome (OTCS) is a rare malformation syndrome with the following features: synostosis of metopic suture, craniofacial abnormalities, severe mental retardation and a multitude of pathological findings affecting almost every organ system.
