Abstract
Granuloma annulare is a benign, often asymptomatic and self-limiting granulomatous skin disease. In cases of disseminated granuloma annulare, spontaneous regression is considerably less frequent than in localized forms so that therapy is often desired. Systemic treatments should always be assessed critically and reserved for patients who are severely affected and in whom treatment approaches with few side effects such as local application of anthralin do not suffice to achieve a satisfactory effect.Entities:
