Abstract
OPINION STATEMENT: Complete surgical repair of tetralogy of Fallot (TOF) around 3 months of age is the commonly undertaken management strategy in many centers and has excellent outcomes. Intervention at an earlier age, including the newborn period, may be required for children with symptoms. Early extubation from mechanical ventilation where possible may help improve outcomes for children undergoing complete repair of TOF.Entities:
