Abstract
Vitrification had a significantly negative impact on the mitochondrial function of bovine oocytes. However, 40 μg/mL cyclosporine pretreatment before vitrification contributed greatly to maintaining mitochondrial membrane potential and adenosine triphosphate content, decreasing reactive oxygen species level, and thereby increasing the developmental ability of vitrified oocytes.Entities:
