Abstract
A technique of oblique tibial osteotomy is described which is effective in correcting varus and medial rotational deformities in young children. The oblique cut in one plane corrects both elements of the deformity at the same time. We have used the method on both legs in four children and satisfactory results were obtained.Entities:
