Abstract
We present the unusual association of an atrial tachycardia with Friedreich ataxia. The arrhythmia was initially suspected to be focal in origin; however, use of a three-dimensional mapping system demonstrated that the tachycardia was macro-reentrant. This was subsequently treated successfully by linear ablation.Entities:
