Abstract

In the title compound, [Gd(C(15)H(11)O(2))(3)(C(17)H(18)N(2))], the Gd(III) atom is coordinated by six O atoms from three β-diketonate ligands and two N atoms from a chiral ligand L(S),(S)-(+)-7,7-dimethyl-3-(2-pyrid-yl)-5,6,7,8-tetra-hydro-6,8-methano-iso-quinoline, in a coordination geometry best described as distorted square-anti-prismatic.
