Abstract
Preoperative angiographic embolization of the renal artery is a surgical adjunct not necessary for the majority of Wilms' tumors. However, on the basis of early experience, we would recommend this technique for those large vascular tumors with preoperative hemorrhage in which the risk of embolization is likely to outweight the risk of intraoperative disruption and hemorrhage.Entities:
