Abstract
Primary leptomeningeal lymphoma is a rare syndrome characterized by lymphomatous meningeal infiltration without identification of systemic lymphoma or parenchymal central nervous system lymphoma. We report a case of a 62-year-old immunocompetent woman with primary spinal leptomeningeal lymphoma presenting as cervical and lumbar radiculopathy who is rare because of particularly unusual onset site of B cell lymphoma. Interestingly, the diagnosis was possible only by cerebrospinal fluid flow cytometry.Entities:
