Abstract
Pathologists are well acquainted with the histopathologic features of a vital tubal pregnancy; however, tubal pregnancy successfully treated with medication is seen much less often, since these patients do not usually undergo surgery. We report a rare case of this type, in which no trophoblast tissue was found at histopathologic examination. Intratubal granulation tissue represented the remaining non-vital pregnancy tissue.Entities:
