Abstract

BACKGROUND: Internal hernia after gastric bypass is common, occurring with an incidence approaching 10% in some series. Operative management of internal hernia after gastric bypass presents significant conceptual and technical challenges.
METHODS: This manuscript reviews management of internal hernia after gastric bypass with a focus on operative strategy.
