Abstract
Interrupted aortic arch (IAA) is rarely associated with aortopulmonary window. Single-stage total correction is the preferred therapeutic option. When total correction is unfeasible, staged repair could be the therapeutic choice. Here, we presented a low birth weight infant who underwent bilateral pulmonary arteries banding and stenting ductus arteriosus by hybrid procedure. Hybrid procedure avoids long-term central line insertion and guarantees ductal flow. It also avoids the side effects from prostaglandin infusion.Entities:
