Abstract
Declaration of death in a human being is a medical diagnosis, which results in numerous legal consequences. The demise of an individual can only be recognized by a doctor on the basis of a conscientious, personally conduced examination. Declaration of death releases a doctor from the obligation to rescue and save the individual's life. In the case of an incorrect death declaration, necessary aid is neglected by omission and the threat to human life is increased. Incorrect declaration of death in a living woman provided the basis for adopting an erroneous, contrary to current medical standards in force, management strategy.Entities:
