Abstract
In a case of visual loss due to infiltration of the optic chiasm by Hodgkin's lymphoma in a 44-year-old man the diagnosis was supported by histology of the optic chiasm, an axillary lymph node, and bone marrow at presentation. This appears to be only the third histologically proven reported case of Hodgkin's disease in this location, and the first diagnosed during life.Entities:
