Abstract
Rubber is a ubiquitous material with a varied range of properties resulting from its manufacturing process. Rubber allergy also has various forms and is a common cause of morbidity in many occupations. This contribution discusses the main issues surrounding allergy to this compound and at each section distinguishes between type I allergy to latex (natural rubber) and type IV allergy to rubber additives.Entities:
