Abstract
Splenosis, an autograft of splenic tissue, may occur after a traumatic spleen rupture or splenectomy. Usually asymptomatic, this pathology may uncommonly produce symptoms which justify radiologic investigations. We are presenting the case of a young boy with a Wiskott Aldrich syndrome and who developed splenosis simulating an abdominal lymphoma.Entities:
