Abstract

Di- and tripyrrin sensors D1-D4 exhibit CHEF-type fluorescence enhancement by factors up to 72 upon addition of 1 equiv. Zn(2+), with tunable emission colours between green (D1) and red (D4). © The Royal Society of Chemistry 2011
