Abstract

The interlayer carbonate in Mg-Al layered double hydroxides as a novel catalyst of luminol chemiluminescence has been reported for the first time, which has great potential in further applications of luminol chemiluminescence for sensitive sensors, catalyst-conjugated probes. © The Royal Society of Chemistry 2011
