Abstract
Non alcoholic fatty liver disease occurs in those who don't consume alcohol in amounts considered harmful to the liver. It represents a spectrum of conditions characterized histologically by mainly macrovesicular hepatic steatosis. There are two histological patterns of NAFLD: fatty liver alone and steatohepatitis. In this brief review, clinical and histologic spectrum, natural history, diagnosis, and management of this condition are discussed.Entities:
