Abstract
Neuropsychiatric manifestations are common presenting features in systemic lupus erythematosus. Many a times they appear much earlier than other signs and symptoms of systemic involvement. This case report highlights the difficulty in diagnosis and importance of screening patients with specific test when the presentations are not clear.Entities:
