Abstract
Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) in never-smokers is an increasing entity. It seems that it has a different pathogenesis, at least in some cases, making it more sensitive to targeted therapies. Two promising targets have so far been identified. This article gives an overview on the biologic background and latest developments in the treatment of this particular entity.Entities:
