Abstract
Posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome (PRES) in sickle cell patients has been rarely reported previously in the setting of severe crisis or uncontrolled hypertension. Here, we report a rare and unusual case of recurrent PRES in a young adult sickle cell patient without any obvious precipitating factors.Entities:
