Abstract
Postoperative recurrence is the main cause of primary treatment failure in the resectable non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Systematic treatments should be taken to decrease the recurrence. Adjuvant chemotherapy, including neoadjuvant chemotherapy, postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy and targeted therapy, is a widely used in this area. In this review, we summarize the clinical trials and meta-analysis related to the adjuvant chemotherapy and targeted therapy in patients with early stage NSCLC.Entities:
