Abstract
We present the case of a 70-year-old patient who was admitted for treatment due to a mild depressive episode and acoustic pseudo-hallucinations. The patient had a history of bilateral work-related deafness. After exclusion of a vestibular schwannoma he was treated with Olanzapine, whereupon symptoms improved markedly and rapidly.Entities:
