Abstract

Extraction of KF/KCl from aqueous solution by distinct cationic and anionic receptors is demonstrated. Structural studies of the extracted complexes showed 1D-polymers of the receptors containing respective ions in their cavities. © The Royal Society of Chemistry 2011
