Abstract
Spinal epidural hematoma is a rare complication of chiropractic manipulation. This study reports a case of thoracic spinal epidural hematoma following spinal manipulative therapy in the absence of predisposing factors. The effectiveness and safety of chiropractic treatment in chronic spinal pain and a literature review are also presented.Entities:
