Abstract
Hydrocephalus presenting with movement disorder is very rare, especially in children. We present the case of a 16-year-old boy who presented with bilateral intention tremor and slowed speech as a result of obstructive hydrocephalus secondary to a tectal glioma. Treatment with endoscopic third ventriculostomy improved his symptoms. We review the literature regarding this unusual presentation of an otherwise common condition.Entities:
