Abstract
Discoid lupus erythematosus (DLE) is characterized by erythematous, raised, indurated papules or plaques. DLE may rarely present as periorbital erythema and edema. We report the case of a 33-year-old woman with psoriasis localized on the trunk and extremities who developed prominent periorbital edema and erythema diagnosed as DLE.Entities:
