Abstract
Two siblings are reported with a unique association of nephrogenic diabetes insipidus, intracerebral calcifications, defective psychomotor development, dwarfism and peculiar facial appearance. The disorder is to be differentiated from similar disorders, notably the Cockayne syndrome.Entities:
