Abstract
The search for proteome-level markers of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) has been mainly limited to serum or cell line screening approaches up to this point. We would like to demonstrate by this proof-of-principle study investigating bronchoalveolar lavage fluid samples from a cohort of NSCLC and control patients, that this readily available biofluid might be a more suitable source for discovering clinically usable NSCLC biomarkers.Entities:
