Abstract
25-year-old previously healthy male presented with dysuria and bilateral flank pain. Abdominal radiography and computed tomography revealed bilateral orthotopic ureteroceles with significant calculi. Bilateral endoscopic ureterocele incision and ureteroscopy were used for complete stone clearance. Symptoms resolved after treatment, and follow-up voiding cystourethrogram performed at 3 months revealed no evidence of vesicoureteral reflux. Adult orthotopic bilateral ureteroceles with calculi is a rare clinical entity amenable to endoscopic management.Entities:
