Abstract
Tissue engineering is a multidisciplinary field that can directly benefit from advancements in nanotechnology and nanoscience. This article reviews a representative selection of commercially available procedures and techniques used to treat different degrees of skin burns. It also explores the emerging novel biocompatible inorganic nano-engineered alumina membrane in terms of skin wound healing.Entities:
