Abstract
Injection sclerotherapy is an important primary and adjunctive therapy in the spectrum of care for superficial venous insufficiency. This article briefly reviews the history of the procedure, agents used, technique, and outcomes. The place of injection sclerotherapy in the treatment of superficial venous disease is discussed.Entities:
