Library services for family physicians.

Family physicians have special information needs. Local access to the family medicine literature can be improved by encouraging hospital and medical centre libraries to consider using the Suggested Core Library List for Family Medical Centres (included at the end of the article) and by following the basic steps listed here in using a medical library.
