Abstract
Two cases of intracranial malignant lymphoma with an atypical feature on CT scan are reported. Both patients presented subacute progressive dementia. CT scan showed high density lesion extending all the way along the ventricular wall, which was homogeneously enhanced and resembled severe ventriculitis. Differential diagnosis on CT scan is discussed.Entities:
