Abstract
This paper describes a case of an adult female with most of the reported manifestations of Still's disease who presented with a fever of unknown origin. The diagnosis is clinical, with some laboratory support. Fever may precede joint pain by weeks or months. Management consists of ASA, but the combination of steroids plus ibuprofen has been found more therapeutic.Entities:
