Abstract
Intrathoracic kidney is a rare congenital anomaly. It appears as a posterior mediastinal mass on chest X-ray. Most cases are asymptomatic and are discovered accidentally. We present a 48-year-old male patient with intrathoracic kidney discovered during routine investigation for coronary artery bypass surgery.Entities:
