Abstract
A mass in the neck can occur because of developmental factors, lymphadenopathy, salivary gland disease, or neuromas. It is important to examine areas other than the neck in assessing these masses, most of which can be diagnosed by a good history/physical examination and simple laboratory tests, described here.Entities:
