Abstract
We describe a report of a child with a horner's syndrome and sixth nerve paresis secondary to a petrous internal carotid artery (ICA) aneurysm. Management of this condition involved coiling of the aneurysm and the use of botulinum toxin to manage his strabismus and associated symptoms.Entities:
