Abstract
In imaging techniques was seen a thickness of the gastric wall in a patient with pain for several months and loss of weight. Biopsies taken out of the tumor mass by gastroscopy and laparoscopy have not been ground-breaking. For this disease pattern is it not unusual that the diagnosis of heterotopic pancreatic tissue with pancreatitis is not confirmed until a resection of the stomach.Entities:
