A Family Physician's Approach to the Obstetric Patient.

Abstract

This article describes a record for the physician to use for patients during pregnancy and the post-partum period. This record was designed to supplement the prenatal records in general use. Its purpose was to assist the family physician both to obtain relevant information and also to provide consistent and appropriate counselling to all pregnant patients.
